- Representatives hold twice-yearly shows in their homes to display and sell the Orient Expressed spring and fall clothing collections.
- Representatives develop a list of a minimum of 100 - 150 guests to invite to the home show.
- Orient Expressed provides catalogues, printed invitations, and materials for evites.
- Sales are increased when reps invite friends to become hostesses. The hostess receives a discount on her personal order and hostess sales increase the rep commission
